Who I Work With

My practice is particularly attuned to these six areas of experience.

01

Couples & relationship therapy

For partners feeling distant, stuck in repeating arguments, or carrying resentment and trust issues that won't ease. We work with the patterns underneath the conflict to help rebuild connection, intimacy, and trust.

Women's identity and self-return

For women navigating anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism, burnout, people-pleasing, or the quiet exhaustion of holding everyone else's emotions. Therapy becomes a way of returning to a self that is whole, unapologetic, and real.

03

Men's wellbeing

For men carrying depression, anxiety, burnout, anger, or a kind of emotional shutdown — sometimes alongside coping patterns like overwork, substances, or avoidance. A space to explore what's underneath, without needing to perform stoicism or have it all together.

Trauma, attachment and early wounds

You might find yourself repeatedly falling into relationships that feel painful but familiar, or carrying a persistent, quiet sense of unsafety — waiting for the other shoe to drop. Healing relational trauma requires a safe relational container: a place to process old wounds without being overwhelmed by them, so your nervous system can finally recognise that the danger has passed.

Bicultural identity and belonging

For those navigating bicultural, Asian-Australian or immigrant experience — cultural identity, belonging, complex family-of-origin dynamics, gender expectations, or patterns passed down across generations. My approach is culturally attuned and informed by my own lived experience, working with what sits beneath the surface so you can feel more at home in who you are and how you relate.

06

The transition to parenthood

When a baby arrives, old roles can quietly reassert themselves, and the load can fall unevenly — straining even strong relationships and, for some, intensifying perinatal anxiety or depression. I support couples and individuals through this transition, and I'm developing a dedicated program to help with preparation and early support.
