Sessions are via secure telehealth, Australia-wide, or in person in Brunswick. I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation to see if we're a good fit before booking a full session. I work with both individuals and couples.

Affordable Relational Life Therapy Program
$0–$120 / 90 minutes per session · Up to 5 sessions
A limited number of couples are invited to participate in a program of up to five 90-minute couples counselling sessions. The program is offered while I complete advanced training in Relational Life Therapy (RLT), with ongoing mentoring and supervision from Relational Life Institute faculty.
Affordable Relational Life Therapy Program sessions are offered on a limited sliding scale of $0–$120 per session, based on your current financial circumstances.
