Website enquiries
Information you provide through a website enquiry is collected only to respond to your enquiry and consider your request for services. Using this website or submitting an enquiry does not mean that you consent to therapy or create a therapeutic relationship.
Before therapy begins
If an enquiry proceeds to client care, information for intake, informed consent, appointments and clinical records is managed through Zanda, the practice management system. Before therapy begins, prospective clients receive and complete the separate Client Intake, Informed Consent and Privacy Notice through Zanda.
