Women's identity

Therapy for Women

After years of bending toward the needs of others or carrying more than your share emotionally, you may feel a quiet sense of having gone missing from your own life.

Who this is for

Women navigating anxiety, overthinking, depression, perfectionism, or burnout. Women caught in people-pleasing, struggling to hold boundaries without guilt, or carrying an emotional load that has grown too heavy — at home, at work, or in relationships that ask more than they give back.

What to expect

Together, we make sense of the patterns that keep you over-functioning, overthinking, or disappearing behind other people's needs. This includes looking at the expectations, relationship dynamics, and older lessons that may have shaped how you learned to earn love, hold things together, or measure your worth.

This is experiential, practical work — not just insight for insight's sake. The aim is to help you build boundaries you can hold without guilt, reconnect with what you actually want, and feel more solid in yourself underneath the caretaking.

What you gain

Over time, many women find they can recognise their own needs more clearly, hold firmer boundaries without as much guilt, and feel less pulled into over-functioning or self-abandonment. The work often leads to a steadier sense of self, more honest relationships, and a stronger ability to choose what fits you rather than what is merely expected of you.
